Widowmaker - OT

Off topic somewhat.

I was going through my new trail book MOAB UT 4x4 backroads by Charles Wells and I found out they have a Widowmaker (like in the Mision Sta Maria trail) too. Wait till I read my other new book Colorado 4x4 backroads by the same author, might Colorado has a Widowmaker too?

When both Baja Mur and I got tossed off our rides, and shed blood on the rocks... the name seemed appropriate!

While the name has been applied to other hills I think the original Widowmaker was the famous motorcycle hill climb site (in Utah?) that was shown in "On Any Sunday". It was a very big deal when after many years a rider finally made the top.
