looking for home on or near the water in Baja

Hi Capt George,

Saw your post, tried to email you for more info, but email came back to me.

You land sounds nice, but I don't think we want to get into building. Send me info and we will review.

Thanks for tryin help us! You are a very kind man.

We are looking for a home near, in view, or on the water. Must have or can have a Bank Trust.
We are not into big cities, because we are quiet people. We are not into gated communities. We wish to have a comfortable home in a quiet place. We tend to lean more for the middle of Baja where the crowd has not gotten there yet. We need to have utilities or have solar power/well etc. We wish to have at least a two bedroom/2 bath home with a an area to enjoy outside. We love to fish/enjoy the water. Need a place we can lanch a small boat. Somewhere between Loreto and La Plaz, but not in the city or cities. Near a city is ok, but not in a large city.

Thanks again for anyone helping us, we appreciate your help and love Baja.

A GOOD BET

Buenos Dias,

Look into La Ventana and El Sargente,
Just south of La Paz.....might be just what you want....

No cities for me either...20 yrs NYC Firefighter, I'm over it!!

Good luck!

BAJA HOME

I have a ranch on the Pacific at KM55 north of La Paz (1.2 hrs). Safe (surf) launching beach, no neighbors. ?km of coastline + safe swimming.

All utilities available (I have the only power on the beach from Todos to San Carlos!).

Just getting started, if you would like to look, email me.

Hi Rob... You're just getting started with what? Your personal project home or are you building more to sell?

That area is great if you are near where I think, (Punta Conejo)?
This is very interesting. I love the beach!

Tempting....

I have to watch myself. Looking at those beautiful pictures and tempting deals makes me want to be a gringo buyer, rush down there and throw money.
