LORETO FISHING REPORT

Vagabundo Tournament, Loreto.

First Day, only one Dorado caught, 23 LBS. (Caught by me)

BUT

Someone caught a 52 lb Yellowtail!!

2nd Day as of 1:55 P.M., only one Dorado caught, 14 lbs (my fishing partner)

It’s slim pickins out there but tomorrow is another day. That’s why they call it fishing, not catching.

These weights were from a scale, not an eyeball estimate.

Water was flat as a pancake today, weather maybe around 90 degrees, an absolute beautiful day.

Saw some Sailfish and Marlin but wanted nothing to do with those beauties. No whales, a very large pod of Dolphins and lot and lots of Manta Rays. Is it breeding season?

Beer is cold.

Loreto Update

There was a 35 lb bull caught about 40 miles out but they did not make it back by the designated time to qualify for any prizes.
