why would you make a "serious" inquiry site unseen?

sellers that are unwilling to advertise are not serious about selling

If I were seriously interested I would ask him to send me more info via email.....just like he asked me to do rather than ask a bunch of questions on Nomads and give him cr#p for not posting it here. Maybe he doesn't want to go back and forth defending himself against a bunch of dumba$$ internet dipchits.

Good luck with your sale jack......dt

I know this park and it is a great place, the people who have places there are a good mix of people. Lot's of activities and a great spot to be located. Close to boat launching or wind surfing and close to town. Give Jack a break, he is only trying to sell his space and it is well worth looking at if you want something such as he describes.

I've seen the place in pictures on the internet. It is there. It looks nice. I just wish there was a big hospital close by!

I put serious inquiries ... because.... I placed this "ad" before and sent literally 24 emails out with photos(many specific photos were asked for) that I had to take for that inquiry in particular... I want to buy a house close-by so that I can have a large garden and some critters... I am retiring to the area permanently in December and I would like to get on with my next venture.... I am easy to get along with... I even made a special trip down to LB to meet a prospect who did not have the courtesy to say he was just daydreaming and happened to be in the area for a few days.... the craigslist ad shows a few pics and of course there are more for those prospects..

The craigslist ad is where I saw the pictures. Looks like a nice area! I'm going blind researching houses and lots in Baja Sur. Good Luck Jack.

I'll look for the Craigslist ad - I am not a "serious" buyer at this point, have another 7 years to retire but I'm always interested in what is there what others have done, for future reference and wrap my head around a simpler life in the future. We'll likely rent for a while at first in different areas to see what fits for us, but I guess it is just nice to see the visuals..

Everyone expects pictures now since it is a digital media and simple and free to ad pictures once (instead of sending multiple copies multiple times via email) So no ill will involved in my request, just pointing out the lack of pictures, both for my curiousity and the ability to get people more interested via our visual society.

Good luck with the sale!
