Thanks all!

Hey Ken! I tried to convince my wife that I should make a poster of that picture and take it down to Adelita's Bar so they can hang it on the wall...

She didn't think much of that idea:no: ;)

Thanks!

I was using my Sony A300 camera on PROGRAM/Shutter setting. This was the first time I've shot race cars and I wanted to use a slow enough shutter speed to show the motion of the backgrounds and car wheels but still show the car pretty sharp...

Chris

He came in way too hot for a pit stop and crashed into the pit, sending everything flying!

Here is some more of the whole thing. There are a few missing pictures from the middle when there was just a bunch of dust in the air and you couldn't see anything.

One of the GAS bottles went flying and started shooting compressed gas everywhere... pretty exciting for a bit there, especially when the other driver on the team started screaming bloody murder at the driver !

WOW....looks like the pit crew got the heck out of the way FAST.

I was wondering if brakes failed or if a wheel fell off and caused car to veer into a pit. It would have fun to have a recording of what was said after he stopped.
