AUGUST 1 ! am~82º

Good morning! I got a real treat this morning when I went out to shoot the sunrise. I saw the Space Station go between the moon and what ever the planet that is. Brain was not engaged or I could have got a cool effect of it moving across the sky in a shot like below.

I'm off to load up the tin boat and check out where Bob and Susan got their dodos the other week.

Buenos Dias to Russ, Dave, and Bob & Susan.

You are up early again this morning!

Once we move down to BCS one of our goals will be catch and photograph sunrises. When we are at Shari's place, it will be to photograph sunsets

Udo, Sunrises can be pretty spectacular at Bahia Asuncion as well. From Campo Sirena, the sun rises over Pta's Prieta/Hipolito/Bocana and at times makes for awesome photo ops. Can't wait to get back - if you're there in the fall, look us up. Our lot is next to John and Suzanne's about 100 meters east of the campground.

Yes, they can. Those mountains to the southeast can take on strange shapes and may evoke deep, primordial resonance in one's soul. They're good for a grand sunset coming into Abreojos from the southeast, too.

The Central Baja Pacific coast is beautiful-- as is the eastern side Sea of Cortez.
