Between a rock and a hard place

Took a wrong turn looking for El Volcan - had to dig out (3 times) in the bottom of a ravine at El Marmol. Didn't make it to El Volcan that trip!!

Good that you took the time to get out and take that really nice photo---and that is a beautiful rock your truck is hugging.

My friend, driving, was trying to back out of a hole, after he had backed into the rock and dented his truck. But he only dug in deeper as the wheels spun. We didn't have enough room to turn around in - we had already tried that - TWICE - went over a sand berm, got stuck; shoveled away the sand berm, got stuck on the 3 point turnaround maneuver, and this was the third dig-out. We jacked it up, filled up the hole with rocks, and eventually backed up out of there up the road where we could turn around. Whole ordeal took 3 hours.

Did you let the air out of your tires? That usually helps.
