new truck in sentri

sentri
how long did it take you to get an appointment, or get out of "pending review" when you added a new vehicle or got a new sticker for a new windshield?

it has been 2 weeks and i am still in pending review.

what has your experience been? thanks.

Same here - replaced a windshield, made a same day appointment online, took about 30 minutes total.

i just received the conditional approval, it took 13 days. i can now make an appt for inspection and the appt schedule is wide open.

i got impatient and called this morning to confirm that i needed an appt for the new truck and the agent said yes, that they would turn me away if i just showed up.

i didn't give him any personal info and unless he tracked the phone i was calling from, it was just a coincidence that the approval came thru 20 minutes later. i know, i know, sounds paranoid even as i type it. but i'm just sayin it curious.
