Pionono Recipe Cuban Style

I absolutely love ripe plantains with seasoned ground beef recipes. Pionono is a spanish dish with many different variations depending on the country it is made. The recipes can vary from a dessert to a main course. This main course cuban version below is my favorite cuz of its taste, presentation, height, large amounts and green olives. Follow the video's steps in making the dish. It's a little different from the recipe.

A full recipe will feed a party and have leftovers for a week. Microwave the leftovers in a sealed package. The only change I made so far is to add a little more ground cumin and a little less achiote powder. Next time I make it I'll add more green olives.
