Maneadero

My wife has a lot at Maneadero. It measures 28x30 meters, it fronts the road to La Bufadora and is next to the alberca Ramos. She is asking $50.00/M2. This lot has potential. There is proposed a college (Tech. school) be constructed near by. Also, there is alot of interest in improving the road to La Bufadora. For further information call 928 785 6944 (Yuma, Az.), Ensenada 646 182 9252.
We employed a lawyer for the purchase and he assurred us the title is in my wife's name-she owns the land.

I think the plan is to widen the road by a couple of lanes. Would that affect the property?

I don't know how wide or when it will happen to the road but our property stands the chance of being a good commercial piece of property

The road is supposed to remain one lane in each direction, with wide shoulders and possibly a bicycle lane. Work will commence maņana.

Agree that this should have been posted in the real estate forum. However, i'm with you on this, Dennis. Sometimes, no good deed goes unpunished.
