Mood: Enjoying Life with Wife In Mexico, Easy on The Easy

[*] posted on 9-29-2010 at 11:56 AM

As you get older the sound of leasing a place and not owning sounds better as long as you pay only a few months ahead at a time. Most lease agreements in Mexico are suppose to be legal up to 10 years with only a small per cent raising of monthly fees allowed each year. You will have to find a place that suits your fancy and believe me there are a lot in Mexico right now that will lease to you. Some really good people to lease from that just do not travel into Mexico as much due to health reasons or personal reasons but you will find there places very nice to live in for the time you like. Owning anywhere is a big investment and time consuming thing but in Mexico even more so.
Now, nobody needs to be screwed and like it, further nobody else knows what all somebody else did trying to do the legal or correct thing. Sorry for anyone that loses their dream because of games played on rules that move all over the paper at any given time by new people in charge of government agencies!
