It is cross able with a quad or 4 WD at low tide.

It looks like it from the photo. You can see the old boat launch ramp just to the left of the tree in the middle of the photo. It is obviously not in service. Too bad. It was a lot easier to launch and get out the channel at low tide (which is most of the time during fishing hours) from that ramp. :(
