When I was in College in Southern Colorado we had a small stock tank that sat out in a field right by the main highway and we would go out there on a Saturday with some nice trout that we had caught other places and when no one was looking we would hook up one and throw it out there and when a car came by, we would get busy "fighting the fish" and landing a nice 3 or 4 pound Cutthroat Trout. After a week or so of that, you could usually see some "Brain Surgeon" casting in the tank when you drove by.
