From Victorville to Sann Felipe

For those of you whom plan to travel thru Victorville ...late night paving crews start at 10 pm.....AVOID!

Mexicali entrance is reduced to one lane once you pass the inspection gate....last Friday night...due to construction. Go slow..its nutz. Oh....many red light inspections going on there too (?). Many.

Guard rails are being installed on the new highway past K60. Camping signs too. Very nice.

The restaurant at Bahia Cristina has been leased out to a meal service company...for the crews (90 men). We got word that the next section to due to open very shortly.

Old people are like the old cars, made of some tough stuff. May show a little rust, but good as gold on the inside.
