Old Mill Saturday night - hotel and restaurant

Not a real trip report, but wanted folks to know that I stayed at the Old Mill hotel with a group of moto guys (Bajabound Moto) and that not only was the place clean with plenty of hot water, there were two or three other groups there, both moto and fishing folks. Needless to say, there were ice cold "welcome" cervezas waiting when we arrived. Jim and Nancy say "come on down".

The restaurant is under new management and the food was good and the service was great! Good crowd there as well.

I love that place! Makes me think what it must have been like in the 1950's to stay at a fancy motel in Baja. Stonework and that courtyard is very comfee in appearance. They have a good menu eh? Was the steak still on board? And thanks for this update!

Great place! I met Dra. Bajabass in San Quintin through friends, and our first meal together was there. Took a walk down by the water after, her heel got stuck in the slats on the derelict dock. Had to hold her hand and remove the shoe for her. How galant!!! How romantic!!! It worked!!! 2 years later, almost to the day, she married me! Good food, great scenery, need to take her there again!
