Mulege to Bay..some burroes were taking up half the road...
About halfway from Mulege to the Bay yesterday, I came upon this troop of roadside grazers.
I pointed out that by eating those roadside weeds, they were taking some industrious Mulege worker's job away, but they weren't buying it and
continued munching...accompanied by some rather flamboyant flatuence.
I do what the voices in my tackle box tell me.

Pompano, Your road workers don't look quite right. Just my opinion.
Have they been eating the "local weed" ?

Hey Roger, when I went by them, I yelled “hey, how much longer are you going to be over there”. One of them just raised his tail and said a FFEEWW… I
did not know they could talk. JH

Rare (?) white burro
How about this guy? All white & pure. Notice the SKID MARKS! July 9, 2010. On the road to BOLA at the Mision San Borja turnoff. I stopped to talk
to him, but he look at me like I was speaking a foreign language.

Is that infamous albino borja burro? Or the blanco burro de BOLA? Say that three times real fast.

Roger
I was in Los Angeles yesterday signing my retirement papers. I stopped by to talk to an old friend. We reminisced about our old times in the Mulege
area. I asked him if he know you and said he did. He had some nice stories about you. His name is Greg Bachman. He had a place on the water close to
you that burned to the ground a ways back. He bought another one further back off the water then sold out.
He says Hi.
