Sailboats in the morning
Lots of sailors anchored here last night. Interesting, I didn't see one sail yesterday and there was a light breeze to accommodate even the timid of
sailors??

wow....yellow sky in morning...wonder what that means??
Yesterday afternoon we saw several boats passing...not much sail up either as there was no wind at all...weird. Maybe it was the baja haha race??

Use to have a "morning coffee clutch" but it got so it lasted past noon. I think I scared them all away. Still have coffee for any visitors though.
It's much easier to have Nomads enjoy the sunrise with one of my photos and a cup of their morning brew.

What is going on, Russ, is that many sailboats from further north of you are making a mad rush down to La Paz to beat the Baja Haha bunch there. It's
the time for heading south anyway, but this puts a spur in their sides. With the Haha comes the expected crunch on slip and decent anchorages in the
bay and out at Espiritu Santo.
I think many of the Haha people arrived in Cabo San Lucas about 24-48 hours ago. Figure a day or two of partying and then a couple days till they sail
to La Paz. 154 boats left San Diego in this year's Baja Haha, though not all of them will head towards La Paz. Many head for the Mexican Riviera.

I don't know anything about the haha but only about half the sailors left today. Here's a shot of the bay this afternoon. It was 90º earlier but down
to a nice 85º now. Light NNW breeze at 5mph. There's still some coffee in the pot so I guess I go out on the patio and enjoy for awhile.

One of the boys hit the beach off Santa Maria half of Lopez Mateos showed up to help get things off, she would not come off the sand. There she lies,
