Lots for sale

Hi All;

Just wanted to let everyone know that we still have lots available for sale in Bahia Soledad.

Bahia Soledad is on the Pacific Coast, about 10 miles south of the Tiger Woods golf course development at Punta Banda. Puerto Santo Tomas and La Bocana are around the point to the south of us. You can use google earth to really get a great idea of the area and also check out the many pictures that have been posted. Way better pictures than I can take. There are currently six Norte Americanos who have purchased lots. The smallest lot size is 2000 sq. meters, or about a half an acre. We don't want to be shaking hands with our neighbors through the bedroom windows. Water comes from a natural spring in the creek, but no city power or sewer. So solar and septic are the way to go. This is an isolated area on the baja coast, yet only an hour away from the Home Depot and Wallmart in Ensenada. Please keep in mind that it is 17 miles of dirt road off of Hwy. 1 to get back into this area. The vast majority of it is major graded dirt road. But if you like isolation, your own beach, and great whitewater views, yet not that far from the city, Bahia Soledad may be for you. There are wonderful opportunities for hiking, mountain bikes, off roading, boating, kayaking, shore fishing, beach combing, tide pooling, etc. There are no garlic growers back here and rumors of people with guns keeps the rift raft out. (search bahia soledad in this forum). There is very little private land available for sale south of Ensenada and even less available with views like this.

During the boom times, lots sold for as much as $50,000. Now, make an offer and lets see what happens. Send me a u2u message with your questions or contact info if you want to meet.

Thanks,
