TWO RV thoughts . .

First item: I'm considering finding a smaller RV to put on our lot in Loreto (again). I had one several years back, and I miss having one there.

Possibly an 18 to 27' self contained travel trailer or even a popup camp trailer initially.

So, I'm looking at a few models locally, but if you have something already in Baja that you're considering selling, I'd appreciate a U2U.

And ~ if someone would be interested in towing a trailer S. to Loreto for me in exchange for paying all your gas and some TT use, I'd sure be willing to work out a plan. Either from my 'hood in the NW, or something from the San Diego area. (I don't own a large tow vehicle).

Second item: We plan to re-do the RV hookups on our lot in Loreto (a block from the town square, and a block to the malecon, yet still a quiet & secure little hideaway). The current water, sewer, and electrical installations are functional, but old, and not laid out the way I'd like, so I plan to re install those and have only 4 nice "pads". One I'll keep for myself, and three to rent for long-term - possibly one to a caretaker / free rent in exchange for some simple maintenance and security. (Learned that lesson the hard way...)

I'll be down spring break to work on that and a few more items.... Might try to get down over Christmas break too ~ especially if item #1 above generates some leads...

Just in case you're inclined . . . I do have an FM-3 Lucrativa, I do have a MX corporation, and my property is titled to the corporation such that we CAN do these things legally ;D . . .

Welcome on-topic thoughts and ideas :light:
