TECATE ROAD CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

I'm posting again for our mystery Nomad who prefers to remain annonymous.
----------------------------

As of this morning at 6 am:

The drive this morning up through the valleys
was a bit dangerous in the middle 15 miles:
thick ground fog rendered visibility to about 10
ft. Cleared fortunately just after the military
check point.

The bridge at the bottom of the grade coming
out of Valle de Las Palmas is now finally
paved, or rather something simulating paving.
There are about 8 unpaved bits in the 20 mile
section south of Tecate, all short, and today all
in excellent shape.

NO STANDING GROUND WATER ANYWHERE!!
