Yes, It should be listed with Mulege realestate guy. Can't remember the name but I did a post on the property last year. There are quite a few homes
& properties on the market now here. Heck, I even have a .85 acre waterfront lot I'd part with.

Heck, isn't everything in Baja for sale as there are always more options?
I know that for the right price, and we really don't know what that right price is, we would sell our beach front home in Bahia Asunción.
