Pets on ferries?

We're in Todos Santos heading north and want to know if pets (two dogs) are allowed on the Santa Rosalia to Guaymas ferry and whether they can stay in our pickup truck during the crossing. Thanks!

I saw people with a dog on thate ferry. On that route, the ferry is so small and the "security" so lax that it was easy to access your car. I saw people walking their dogs on the vehicle level.

We took the ferry from San Carlos to La Paz. They do allow pets, there's a fee, they must stay in the vehicle, your vechicle is loaded last so you are not in the bowls of the ferry w/ the trucks refrigeration systems exhaust.
