thanks. My tax bill is 1/2 of what it was last year? (but of course, that was 6 times what my bill was 6 years ago when I purchased.

hit the predial button on the top right, then enter your fide. number and your billing info will come up......then hit the pago en linea button, then it will ask for credit card info

Actually I pay my taxes through The Settlement Co. I just have raw land and pay $96 a year which includes their fee. I have an escritura not a fideicomiso so no trust fees.
