what would MEX-OSHA say?

Hijo de la .... having taken the Safety Trained Supervisor course, when i saw this at 70mph passing Los Pinos in SQ i had to stand on the brakes, u-turn and get a shot! the Safety N-zi in my company got a good chuckle outta this one!

anyone want to take a shot at all of the OSHA violations in this foto? granted, my scope is govt contracts, but still. there is just so much wrong with this shot!

p.s. the boys in the lift all waved just after the foto. i wish i would have caught their gestures....

It's easy to see the guy on the scaffold doesn't have a beer cooler up there with him.
He needs to be fired and made to live in his car.
