Enchiladas Placeras Prepared in a Memelara?

This is a famous street food from Patzcuaro.

Can I find it here in Baja?

Is this what you are talking about? Surprised me that the only ingredient actually inside the tortilla was mashed potatoes. Anyway, according to this site, the chef keeps his recipe secret.

Jan,

Not Baja, but.....next time in San Diego (North Park) give them a try.

Their potato enchiladas are very tasty, so is the Pozole!

Ken, I note from your link that they also have a location just a few blocks off the I-5 in Chula Vista. Assume it's the same quality. Have you ever been there? I only ask because I vary my S/B route depending upon day and time.

I have not eaten at the other locations. It is family run so I would expect the food to be consistent though.
