NAPESCA and CONAPESCA have tagged sharks on the west coast of Baja.
They are offering a reward to fishermen who catch sharks that have been tagged if they will report their name, the tag number, date and location of capture, as well as tackle used, the common name of the shark and the size of the shark.

So is this poster attached to the Jaliscan's new home building site??

Anyway, that's what the notice says. :)
