The road in from the north (Valle Trinidad/ San Matias) is fast and easy (2WD with ground clearance)... That's how they bring supplies to the ranch
(it is a motel/ campground/ bar/ pool/ restaurant).
The south road (to/from the observatory road) is the tough one that will need 4WD and low range for the steep climb up from the ranch.
