Flickr question
I am relatively certain I used to be able to post photos here that were stored on Flickr. However the links don't seem to work for me any more.
Perhaps it's because the Flickr links are not to an actual image, but to a location in Flickr. For example, here's a link to one of my photos on
Flickr:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/kenbondy/5341065421/
If I try to post with image code, here's what I get:
Note that it does not post the photo, just the link. It doesn't link to an actual JPEG image but to a unique Flickr location, unlike the Photobucket
links that address an actual JPEG image.
Anybody have the same problem, and maybe a solution?

Ken, that is a bad link... try another or double check the URL for that photo...

David, that's puzzling because when I click on it it goes right to the photo. Have you had success posting photos here from Flickr?
Could you try this Flickr link and see what happens?

That one was fine... just add the tags to it to display here.
The first one just was not a good url (on everyone's PC except yours... perhaps it works on your browser beacuse of memory from an earlier look... or
it found the image in your file automatically? I did not get a Yahoo message like Woody did, just a Cox message it was unable to open the link.

Thanks David woody and Keri. The first link didn't work because I had it marked as private on my site, only I can see it. David you said "just add
the tags to it to display here", but that doesn't work. Only the link shows up (with the [img]....[/img] marks, the photo itself doesn't show up in
the post.
