La Paz area: Cosy home for sale one lot off the beach in Comitan

Hi everyone! My husband is a realtor in El Centenario, a little town close to La Paz, BCS. I'm not one for posting his listings on this site very often, except for good deals and clients that are very anxious to sell. The owner has reduced the price on this house twice, and really needs to sell as she is currently living in the US. The price is $135,000 USD, down from $160,000. Here is the description:
This comfortable home is just one lot off the beach in the little community of El Comitan, about 16 km from La Paz. Just a couple of minutes’ walk will take you to two beaches by the quiets waters of the Bay of La Paz where you can relax under the palapas at Pelican Point, go for a morning run as the sun rises over the mountains, or for an evening stroll to watch the lights of the city come on as the moon rises over the Bay.

The home has over 1000 f2 of living space; two bedrooms, bathroom, open kitchen, fireplace and lots of storage.

The lot is almost a ˝ an acre with plenty of room for a guest or rental casa, garage, business office and second home for the family. Completely walled and gated, it runs street to street, so there are no direct neighbours on three sides. The property boasts a “salt water” swimming pool, lots of shade under the two palapas, mature palms and fruit trees…even a concrete basketball court! The many features and recent upgrades are too numerous to mention.

This property needs some cosmetic improvements and updating, such as re-surfacing patios, finishing the second bathroom, etc., but is comfortable, secure, and ready to move into.

If you're interested, or know of anyone who might be, could you please pass this along?

Thanks
