Rope and cement....Sounds like what we need to take fishing when we find out who stole Bill E's trailer. The tweaker can be the bait...

The poor fish/sharks are going to become addicted to meth.
There was a Simpsons where Homer uses crack for bass fishing and cleans up, in the end he kills off all the fish in the lake except for one little
tweeker fish.

Being that this post is in a Photo section....I think we need a photo of a tweaker, hopefully attached to some rope and concrete

Trolling, high speed over shallow reef. How about in a crab pot? You have to check the pot every two years.

I am guessing I am going to avoid ultra lite tackle, as I want to make sure I don't break one off.
I think that 100lb test would be suffient as it exceeds the weight of the average tweaker.
For bait....you guessed it. I am going to use a big ol' chunk of Crystal meth, superglued to a meat shop hook.
