Oh, Jesus....are you still trying to get sympathy for falling down in the silt? Guess I'd better finish "the rest of the story".......dt

David,
Thanks for your comment tonight in ADVrider....

And I am proud to be your riding partner....not everyone would be as brave as you to ride with someone who wears a skirt riding in Baja AND who seeks sympathy on such a public level.....

Actually, I am just wanting Baja Nomads to get the scoop before ADVrider gets this pic...it will be a few days before it gets into the ride report....

Hope all is well with you:biggrin:

Thanks Ged, I hope you realize that after 2 years of lurking on the advrider site I chose to make my first post about your ride report. You are quite a writer, photographer and riding partner. I had a great time on our adventure and I'm looking forward to more rides in the future.

I have procrastinated in finishing my ride report but I guess it's time that I closed the chapter on our adventure. I'm going to open a bottle of wine and try to get some inspiration....

You were a great sport throughout our adventure and I appreciate all the fun I was able to have at your expense. I have a great deal of respect for the way that you succumbed to the intense peer pressure that I heaped upon you that caused you to walk and ride for 4 days on a broken leg. YOU DA MAN GED.......You are my new hero.....

I know we will do this again some day.....hopefully not the broken leg part but the other stuff for sure. You have earned my respect and admiration and you can ride with me any time.....thanks for including me in your Excelent Baja Adventure, I'm still baking in the "ubication" of our adventure.....dt

TW,
We are here to entertain....

I hope to start weight-bearing on the leg within 2 weeks....I will see what the doc and xrays say....I am taking care of it and focusing on the ligaments and stretching...

Glad you have enjoyed the stories....just remember that David's judgement is NOT to be trusted and he distorts the truth to craft a tale...;D;D

But I would ride with him again in a minute...:saint:

DB,
Oh, I can buff that out...

The staples came out a week ago ....the scar is healing faster and better than I anticipated.

I have been using an enzyme called Serrapeptase that may have been helping with the healing....

But things are getting better

Ouch! That's one reason I stay off those "wing-dings". Wishing you a speedy recovery.
