On the way down to Beercan's Pueriticitos.....I spotted this nest. Off the highway about 400 ft near the water well area. Can anyone (Russ I am sure) here tell me what sort of bird resides here?

Old people are like the old cars, made of some tough stuff. May show a little rust, but good as gold on the inside.

It could be a turkey vulture nest.

A osprey nest would be my guess.

So close to the ground this nest....maybe 12 ft. And...close to the highway!
