Corrupt cops? That's the only reason they become cops, my friend lives on the pacific side and bribes the local cops, with gas money to leave him alone and they pick up his trash.

So, the municipal police in Mulege do not belong to the same municipal police organization in Santa Rosalia? They arent the same municipality?
