La Paz to Mulege' flooded arroyo warning

Because our eminent intelligent governors of BCS decided that bridges needed repairs during the month of August-September be prepared to get stuck on the Federal highway 1 between Mulege' and Loreto in two places under current construction. Then again at arroyo Las Bramonas between Insurgentes and Constitucion and again at Santa Rita South of Constitucion.
Myself I got stuck 6 hours with high clearence at Las Bramonas 12 hours after a thunderstorm. ANd almost got stuck again at Santa Rita........
Please call to ask weather situation before moving from town to town.
September will rain more.
One more pearl from our municipal government of La Paz is that they are fixing the sewer system on the Malecon. Result is fountains of chit running into the bay every time it rains.
