Yes I love .5 foot surf for my miniature remote control surf toy, and fishing in San Juanico is great even if the neighbors don't contribute to our bbq, the drunken fights are fun, every night, all night.

Anyone can catch fish in a boat but only \"El Pescador Grande\" can get them from the beach.

I hope when my time comes the old man will let me bring my rod and the water will be warm and clear.

hey Baitcast, i think you gotta secret you're keeping from the rest of us regarding the "hottie who fishes!"

on another note, my son and i used to paddle out to the kelp off sunset cliffs one summer to fish. never had much luck though. we weren't outfitted like these folks. just a board, some lures, and a pole.

i don't know what we would have done if we actually caught something.

the doldrums of summer make you do some funny things......

Congrats! Some real fine fish. Standing up on those boards? Paddeling around on 'em? You've got a real good sense of balance. Spent lots of time in a pirogue down in the swamps. The big muddy is on a rampage. Not a Baja thing, but lots of folk are heading for higher ground.

A pirogue is a little flat-bottomed boat. 'Bout like a surf board with sides, can skim it across a heavy dew. Woody, dew is that wet stuff that accumulates on the grass at night, not to be confused with what folks down your way have done to their hair.

i know the spot, i just don't go there anymore. first time was 89 or 90.

best to leave the BROOMERS someplace unto themselves, lest they propagate.....

That's not me and I don't know those guys.

I was just looking around at pics online and that trip report got me re-stoked on Baja adventures.

35 more wake ups for me.

It looks like a Laird. Mine is just like that but blue and yellow. Last summer I paddled with dolphins and whale sharks. This summer's plan is going to include some fishing as well.
