Beautiful lizard with blue markings! Adaptation of feet/claws is awesome. Buenos Aires? Near Los Barriles, right? Can't quite remember. Nice
pools for cooling off, no! Birds must be in abundance. Thanks, Oly. Tio

there are some nice pools for cooling off.
And yes, Los Barriles AND I tried to edit this post to change the name of the side-blotched lizard to Zebra-tailed lizard(I knew better) but it just
didn't happen, sorry.

I like that blue lizard, too.
It is a neat area to explore along that huge arroyo. Wish I could see all your photos but photobucket seems to be censoring today.

I don't think it's either of them but am not sure what it actually is.
He's a handsome fella, whoever he is.

After so much time without rain, I am surprised to see water still running. Thanks for the quick peek of home Oly.

Skipjack, yes he is handsome but
I'm pretty sure this is our version of the Zebra-tailed lizard, Draconoides pattern class of Callisaurus draconoides. This one has lost part of it's
tail but if you could see the underside it would be striped---like a zebra. Notice the slight yellow on the lower tummy. This will turn dark green as
the lizard matures.

Arroyo shots
Couldn't see the first three images but liked the ones I could see a lot. Thanks.
