Thank you so much for making that all important connection, thinking of yours truly.

I don't have a clue as to how I could receive that wonderful gift. We don't have house numbers here. We have a post of office, sort of, a guy's house. He will accept most envelopes but not boxes. They go to Los Barriles, then Santiago then who knows where for inspection. In short: we've never received a package in the last 17 years. Probably the best you can do, over the next few years is hand the thing to some Nomad who says he's coming my way.

Thanks again.

ok - we'll keep that in mind. If you're passing through San Diego, or staying somewhere in the US for 3-4 days, let me know, and I can put it in the mail.

Osprey, I have a P.O. box in La Paz & would be happy to facilitate getting the hat closer to your head....I'm thinking you might make it to the "big city" more often that I make it to your little burg.

Thank you all. I've been to La Paz 4 times in 17 years so you never know when I could go again but I sure do like it here on my patio -- I think my Baja tales echo my condition.

Please don't go out of your way but as I say that I would never want to diminish the kindness, the thoughtfullness of the giver or you wanna be people in Brown willing to go out of your way for me. Gracias todos.
