there are lots available here for between $2,000-$30 grand depending on location of course....just be sure to check all the paperwork.

Asuncion, reminds me Of my grandparents place la barca, in Rosarito 30 yrs ago. Quiet ,wild shrubs on the cliffs, Lobsters and Abolone available.
Maybe i should head done there and take a lookscy. i love looking a Sharis house on the cliff just like my grandmas.
