Return from san juanico - beach !!


Very hot yesterday as we were returning from san juanico - so we stopped for a beach lunch and swim ....

Hehe I love it during the summer months. Yeah, the air is like 100, and you get in the water, and you'd swear its warmer. :)

At Bahia Concepcion's hottest, which is mid-July-August-September, my dive computer routinely reads the surface temperature in the bay at 97 degrees Farenheit. In November one year I dived a seamount at the north end of Isla San Marcos which is out of the bay itself and in colder waters. At 120 feet the water temperature was 81 degrees!!

Beautiful, beautiful beaches, ahhhhhhhh, so glad to be looking at them from a cool and rainey Coatepec. I would guess, maybe 75 degrees here.
