I'm sure this would get more attention if not for the fishing boat sinking. So many of these guys are going down, and so many new ones popping up
right away to replace them. They seem to last about six months at the top and then they fall. I've kinda lost track of who is in charge of each
cartel at this point. Good news for sure though.

I think everybody is becoming weary of it all. Although occurances such as this are a good sign and lead to the end, there is still no end in sight
and that's depressing.

It's going to take a very long time to win by attrition.

Yep! In the mean time, many innocent (and not so innocent) Mexican Nationals have run out of time.

If they came from Timbuktu or under his mother's mattress it would make a difference?
Tell me someone other than Mexicans pull the triggers and I'll pay attention.

It makes a BIG difference, there wouldnt be so many guns in the hands of so many low level idiots if it wasnt for the huge and easy supply of military
type guns from the US.

Both valid points and must be considered as one. The US can't deny being the main source of weapons as has been clearly illustrated and Mexico can't
deny that Mexicans are using them, as much as they will try.
Mexico has long tried to blame the end user of drugs, the US market, as THE reason for the problems and the US has long put the blame
solely on the cartels.
In our real world, these issues can't be seperated either. We're all responsible.
