Surprise shower at the Blowhole!

these kids were enjoying cooling off at the Blowhole in front of our house which is a popular spot for families in the summer here....some kids sit up on the rocks so the blowhole shoots up a fine mist which is very pleasant to cool you off.

but because of the big swell today, these kids were a bit surprised by the shower they got when a big set came in!

we may not have an amusement park or water slides here but the kids sure love to scream and get hit by big waves...amazing that I havent seen anyone hurt bad by getting thrown down the rocks.

That looks like a little more than a fine mist, but it does look refreshing.
