Real Estate fraud is a common occurrence everywhere including California.
Take a look at the "California Department of Real Estate" website where one page lists many real estate type fraud action by many people who aren't
even real estate agents. The list seems endless, and there are hundreds of other real estate type fraud going on in California alone:

So how many "wrongs" make a "right" in your world Joe? You can't justify bad behavior by pointing out more bad behavior. Baiting people with a fake
"Century 21" sense of security would never be tolerated by Century 21 corporate stateside- but in Mexico it is just seen as a bad business deal. How
does Century 21 repair it's image now Joe?
