Sometimes even w(b)itches are kind. Rain is one thing, the hurricane is another. I seem to remember rain without danger. What the hey?:?:

Go figure how a storm front works; Dora moves up the West coast of Baja, no rain there, and the only spot I have heard a report of joyous dancing in the rain was Los Barriles.

Yes, it rained in Los Barriles...for about 10 minutes. There have been short lived thunderstorms in the mountains East of LB the past week or so, more a product of the monsoon season than Dora. It's impressive how quickly the parched landscape turns green with a little moisture.....dt
