I'm assuming that is in the Otay area, plenty of
warehouses, etc., on the US side, to tunnel to,
I believe I remember other tunnels there. Yes indeed,

Geez. Couple of years ago, the Showtime series Weeds had an amazing depiction of this phenomenon. Almost wondered who their technical advisors were. Just maybe folks who were involved?
