Is there water problems for homes in La Salina?
Someone told my wife yesterday that homes in La Salina were only getting water to their homes about 2 or 3 times a week. She was also told that the
Condo/Hotel could only get enough water to pump up to the second floor. Does anyone know if this is factual or just someone having water problems in
their own home, then thinking everyone else are having the same problems? Take Care & Travel Safe--No Hurry, No Worry, Just FUN,

This was posted on the Bloody Decks website:
Re: What do you know of Puerto la Salina in Baja?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A. Where is the water source?
2. Stop by the "Cantina" and ask some of the local residents about their lawsuit with the supposed landowner
C. Where is the water coming from again?
IV. What is up with the "Private" beach and "T" jetty they started to build?
E. Water source? If they say La Mision just understand they are saying the same thing to all the homebuyers form Salsipuedes to Calafia. How much
water can there be? If they say "Atmospheric Desalinators" ask them to show you one that is working.
Good Luck!

Water to the community isn't a problem. I don't know about the condo/tower.
My father lives there full time.

My wife said the couple were pretty sincere about it and even said they had to go down to the where they have their boat docked to take care of issues
needing them to use water. Seems like they have enough water stored on their boat to allow for this. Take Care & Travel Safe-- "No Hurry, No

There are some nice developments along that part of the coastline. I really like the new one north of La Salina at the north end of the camping beach
and south of La Mision. Huge, expensive houses. Is the city of Ensenada in charge of the water supply? If not, who is? Any nomads live there? Who do
you pay the water bill to?

Punta Piedra - don't live there but I am there quite often. All utilities are underground - not sure if water is from Ensenada city or not . . .
