Mood: there is no reality except the one contained within us "Herman Hesse"

here the kids celebrated halloween on Oct.30th....I guess it all works out in the end.

that is the thing about living here...answers to questions about future events are difficult to answer....one avoids answering because so many things could happen, do happen....changes are made at the last minute, dates shift...reality shifts....it kind of forces one to live in the here and now and not worry about future events...planning is loose or non existant so one isnt disappointed if the plan doesnt come to fruition.

People often ask about dates of fiestas and celebrations and I ask the "authorities" and event planners....they usually avoid answering because when they do give a date, it often changes due to a myriad of circumstances....which makes it real hard for gringos to attend as they like to plan their vacations, routes and mark things in their agendas far in advance...nope this aint Kansas.

The Mexican National Holiday to celebrate the Revolution is on Monday 21st. November. In San Felipe we will be holding parades.

Sounds like a good time. Will there be a trashbag brigade at the parade?

yes...absolutely Oddjob...that trashbag brigade will be looking for you....... to depose of.

Old people are like the old cars, made of some tough stuff. May show a little rust, but good as gold on the inside.
