1/2 Acre Lot Pacific Coast 200 Mi S. of TJ
I have a 1/2 acre lot, fully graded and graveled in the dunes south of San Quintin. There is drinkable well water and electricty, WiFI
available...very safe with armed security and an ocean view. It's an expat community that's been there for 30 years- Rancho El Socorrito The first of
"three" 9 year 11 month leases is $50/month. I have an ALFA fifth wheel on the property and am building a 24'x12' steel garage, considering a shipping
container, garden, patio, etc. It will be a good base of operation for exploring the rest of Baja. I enjoy quail hunting, 4x4, fishing ( 2 small
boats) motorcycles...great when you got 20 miles of wide open beach, etc. There's a 3000' landing strip 100 yards away with hangars available.
I looking for a partner to share expenses and up keep. I'll be down there several weeks a year, mainly in the winter and live in San Diego...I have
FM3 status, SENTRI, etc.
If interested please contact bob@san.rr.com. I'll be down there, next week, and about every two weeks a month thru February. Great neighbors and great
relations with the landowning family.
Thanks,
Bob

Hey Bob, I used to camp alot in the vados/arroyos of El Socorro. Nice area but a little foggy. Great jump off spot like you said. Your lot is in
the Old Socorro area? I prefer it as it gets less wind. Those cliffs at oceans edge are beauti8ful but I believe they are south, verdad? What's
your total investment? Partner or renter? Suerte. Tio

To clarify, a partner would have to provide their own trailer/5th wheel.
Thanks,
Bob

Great view. I'll be interested when I retire in about 30 years!
