Sunrise at Palmas de Cortez

where we will be soon.

and sunset at Face Rock, Oregon where we are now. See the profile of a face on the left looking up at the sky. The legend is a good read.

Do you post your photos directly on Nomads or from another source like photobucket?

I only ask because your photos are absolutely beautiful and I would love to see them bigger!

I love that face and would love to know the legend.

Yes DT

Bajajudy is correct. Photobucket it is. Google "The legend of face Rock". It pops right up for me.

For those of you who have not yet looked at ChrisnDebbie's Web pages, do yourselves a favor and check these out:

The photography is outstanding and your participation will help develop these into useful resources for causual and serious birders alike.

Try them, you'll like them

If those "colors" are legit in that first photo, I think that is the most beautiful sunset I have ever seen. WOW is all I can think.

Beautiful!!!!

Aye Ole, beautiful Sunrise LB and Sunset Facerock, best of both worlds. I look forward to seeing You back in Baja soon. Your timing is excellent, the heat left a couple of weeks ago, it is a great time to come home.

Bobby senior was quite a guy

I met him at Palmas in '95. Signed my copy of Ray Cannon's Sea of Cortez. He took the time to tell me all about Ray. So interesting, they are both missed!
