Ready Pass

I know this has been brought up before but it is a fairly new thing. I am not sure how many people have bothered to get Ready Passes but I would like to hear from people who have used them returning to the USA. Does it make a difference? Is your wait shorter? Which border crossing (Mexicali East or West) works best with it? I know that when you use the East crossing you stay to the right. How about the West? Thanks in advance for any help. Nancy
