? regarding freezer-to-beer-cooler

I've just picked up my 5 CF used Kenmore feezer for $50 on C.L. The Thermostat is on my xmas list. I will be living large next summer fer sure.
Here's my question:
I'm a liitle concerned in that my inverter is a Xantrex modified sin wave and I've heard that fridge/freezer motors may burn out. Small, pure wave inverters are pretty cheap. Is it OK to tap in to the 12 volt leads at the input side of the Xantrex inverter and run the pure sin wave from there and plug the fridge/freezer into that?
Note: my refer is propane.

Jim
It is OK to tap into your 12v at the Xantrex terminals, just be sure that the existing wires from your batteries to the Xantrex inverter are large enough to handle the added amperage that the second inverter will draw. If it is close to over amping the wires then just run your wires directly from the batteries.

Good point. The runs are about 24" 2/0 and I wanted to use the existing fuse, but a new fuse is a lot cheaper than a new power board, at the very least.
Thanks

i think you'll confuse the inverters and the controler

i would split the batteries and run two systems
